     If I were an employer, I would like to hire experienced workers at a higher salary instead of hiring inexperienced workers but at a lower salary because of three reasons.

First, it’s easier to hire experienced workers because they already know what skills and knowledges they have before hiring them. They know how much bargaining power they have. Inexperienced workers always focus on their salary and fringe benefits instead of the whole status of their working contribution, but these problems won’t happened on experienced workers.

Second, experienced workers have more adept working skills. It’s important for a company to have experienced workers because they don’t have to train them too much.

Third, experienced workers have more understanding and basic knowledge of the job. A company need the workers that can operate and start producing as soon as possible because time is money. Every employers like workers to be ready as soon as they can.

To sum up, I would prefer experienced workers though at a higher salary.

     IMO’s origin can trace back to Ancient Greece. It is a contest that gathers many math-talented elites are over the world to compete together in a game. In the middle of each year, delegations of every country will have a math contest at some time.  

     Fortunately, I became one of Taiwan delegate in elementary school. It was my first time being in an international contest. I was a proud guy that I thought  no one could beat me in my age. I started indulge myself in my own fantasy attending IMO.

     Tragically, I failed the contest. After hearing my rank of position in contest, I lost myself for a long while. When I awoke, I realized that “However strong you are, there’s always someone stronger than you”. I changed my thought after attending IMO.

     There will be lots of things we have to face  in our life. For me, IMO is the key point in my life. 

      Do you like your appearance? Do you wish you could be like some movie star? Try my new invention“Transforming Water”.You can make your dream come true, even with many advantage.

      First, it’s easy to use and carry. When you want to use it, all you have to do is to drink it for one drop. It’s also easy to carry because it’s put in small bottle.

      Second, it can change yourself into anyone you want to look like, even the guy you hate or love. It can also accomplish many people’s dream of having a wonderful appearance.

      Third, it has no side-effect. There always have lots of side-effect in strange invention that people like to use. Without any side-effect, you can use it at ease.

      Transforming Water is an unique invention with many advantage. Why don’t you try some?

       I know a talent guy who’s named Ant. There’re so many things that she’s good at. If I could predict her future, I think she would be a world famous musician.

       First, she’s good at playing the piano. It’s an important factor to be a musician because a musician needs to familiar with at least one instrument.

       Second, she likes to listen to all kinds of music. It helps her to be more creative and imaginative. In order to become a famous musician, you not only need to be skilled in playing the instrument, but also need to be talented in making new songs.

       Third, she likes to travel around the world. It makes her more easily understand further about every country’s music. It is very important for a famous musician to realize different music style because every country has its own style.

       To sum up, I think she could be a famous musician with her three special hobbies. I hope she could make it.

    I have lots of crazy dreams since childhood. First, I dreamed of being a bird flying in the sky. When I was eight, I loved to lie on the grass and watched birds flying in the sky. It made me feel comfortable, so I wished I could be a bird someday. Second, I dreamed of being a hero to protect people. When I was twelve, I was fond of watching action movies like”Die Hard”. The hero in the movie is really handsome, especially the way of shooting enemies with shotgun. Now I dream of being a leader of human beings all over the world and guide them become a whole new generation. Then I’ll hold up an united organization and it will unite all countries around the world. I think there’s going to be an outer spaces war between human beings and aliens in an hundred years, so human beings must stick together to confront the enemies, and I’ll be the saviour that make all human beings be united.
